If you've got kiddos, you definitely want to find somewhere to cool off this summer in Freehold, NJ. There are at least five great swim clubs in the area for you to choose from, and you can read more about them below.
Ocean Beach Club
This member-owned swim club is 8 acres of beach-front property. You’ll enjoy a beautiful day with the family at this pool. The club is open Memorial Day through Labor Day and features full-service lunchtime dining and a full bar. The club also has two beach levels, six Har-Tru tennis courts, a 25-yard pool, and a basketball court.
Round Top Swim & Tennis Club
Round Top Swim & Tennis Club features aqua aerobics, diving, swimming lessons, a swim team, adult and kids tennis, tennis lessons, and social events. The club has both a main 25-meter pool and a children's pool. The club is open Monday through Sunday from 12 pm until 8 pm. You'll also enjoy a basketball court, tennis courts, bocce ball, volleyball, tetherball, badminton, a children’s playground, Frisbee golf, a sand play area, and newly renovated restrooms and showers.
Marlboro Swim Club
This club is located at 1979 Township Drive in Marlboro, NJ-just 10 minutes from Freehold. This municipal swim facility features a 50-meter Olympic-size pool, a diving tank with two 1-meter diving boards and two deep water slides, an intermediate pool that's only 3 to 4 feet deep, and a kiddie pool. There's also a playground and snack bar. The pool doesn't have regular hours, so check the website for a detailed schedule of operations.
Ocean Township Community Pool
This community pool offers a huge pool, a playground, tennis courts, and a yard area. In additional to recreational swimming, it also offers a swim team and dive tank. This pool is open most days from 10 am until 8 pm, but the schedule varies, so be sure to check online for today's hours before heading out.
Holmdel Swim & Tennis Center
You are sure to enjoy the three pools: a main pool, a wading pool for kids 5 and under, and an intermediate pool as well as the awesome diving tank. This community pool offers swim lessons, a swim team, tennis courts, and birthday parties.
